In an attempt to be environmentally & socially responsible I am currently doing the following:

• Using green printing companies
• Using recycled packing materials in shipping whenever possible
• Biodegradable bubble wrap
• Biodegradable retail bags (in face-to-face transactions)
• Shirts ordered from Alternative Apparel, a socially conscious
& sweatshop-free tee shirt manufacturer, whenever possible

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
All originals are painted by myself, Justin Hillgrove. The width of the stretcher bars vary from 3/8" to 2". Most are backstapled, (and no painting 2007 or later is side stapled). If you have a question about a specific original, please feel free to email me at impsandmonsters@verizon.net

Prints are high quality reproductions made for me by a printer in Eugene, OR called Green Printing Solutions. They are an environmentally friendly company. The prints are layed out in the style shown in the picture above, with a white border usually 1- 2.5" thick all around (varies depending on the proportions of the original painting) and the title and my name printed below the image. The prints are packaged in cellophane with an acid-free backing board. If you prefer, your prints may be shipped to you unpackaged in a tube, just let me know.

GICLEÉ PRINTS:

Some paintings now have giclée prints available for purchase. Only descriptions that say "Limited Run Giclée Print" are giclée. These are significantly higher quality prints known for their true colors and longevity, and they most closely resemble the original painting. They are also only run in limited quantities and all are signed and numbered by the artist. They are printed on canvas and should be handled with care. The size given is the actual image size. A certificate of authenticity is also included.

They are pre-stretched onto 3/4" stretcher bars.

Gicleés take a few extra days to ship - I stretch them and put 2 coats of protective UV varnish on them at the time they are ordered, and the process, including drying, is a bit time consuming.

ORDERING:
Ordering may be done online (all online payments are processed securely by PAYPAL, though no membership is required and credit cards may be used).

OR, you can mail me a check or money order together with a list of the items you are ordering, contact info, and the shipping address. Please include $5.50 for shipping. (Make out check to Justin Hillgrove and mail to: 7110 184th Street SE, Snohomish, WA 98296)

SHIPPING NOTES: 
Shipping within the US is a $5.50 flat fee, no matter how many prints you order. Shipping to Canada is $25. They are shipped within 3 business (Monday - Friday) days via USPS Priority Mail (6 days for gicleé orders) and are packaged in cellophane with an acid-free backing board (1/16" thick). If you prefer, your prints may be shipped to you unpackaged in a tube, just let me know. Also, originals can be picked up or dropped off in person (depending on how close you are to Snohomish, WA 98296).

RETURNS:
If your order arrives damaged or you are otherwise unhappy with the order, please notify me via email and I will replace the damaged item or make other arrangements to ammend the problem. Please note that all sales are final and no refunds are given.

Shirt exchanges: Please check the size charts listed under the tee you are ordering BEFORE finalizing your order. If you order the wrong size I will exchange it, but please email me first to make sure I have the size you need. Return the shirt to: 7110 184th Street SE, Snohomish, WA 98296. Please be sure to include your name and the new size you are requesting. The new shirt will be mailed to you you AFTER the returned garment has been received by me.
