She found juice boxes to be one of the best ways to lure the local elements to her favorite spot…

The kanji in the painting represent the different elements and I picked them more based on what they mean to me than anything else. The young girl is behind a stump that says “Wood” which represents curiosity, though it’s hard to say whether it refers to the old tree that used to stand there or to the youth. In the water is “Water” representing change. The three elements on top are Earth (solidity), Wind (freedom) and Fire (passion).
