As You Wish (Original Painting)

“As You Wish” is a tribute to one of my favorite movies of all time – “The Princess Bride.” This acrylic painting is quite a bit larger than I usually work , but I wanted the extra room to get in and add all the details without feeling cramped. I didn’t keep track of how long I spent on it, but I’m sure it was over a hundred hours. The line most quoted in our house is probably “Anybody want a peanut?” It’s just so universally useful 😛 I had a great time showing progress pics and doing live painting via Instagram as I worked, and I really appreciated all the encouragement, enthusiasm and questions.
